This is a charming Pencil Drawing of a Gentleman by the famed William Conor OBE RHA PPRUA ROI who was a Belfast-born artist. Celebrated for his warm and sympathetic portrayals of working-class life in Ulster, William Conor studied at the Government School of Design in Belfast in the 1890s. This lovely work has some crease marks and a very slight tear to the lower right but overall in good condition. Signed upper left and dated.
